* Added a governed lease contract, effective-interest payment schedule, approval/activation workflow, and DevExpress Scheduler calendar.
* Added fiscal-year planning destinations that synchronize contractual payments to Period Activity budgets and cash-flow forecasts, and projected liabilities to Ending Balance budgets.
* Documented idempotent lease components that preserve manual and other planning amounts.
* Published the workflow in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Japanese.

* Added **Annual** and **Monthly Breakdown** planning frequencies while retaining one governed annual account total.
