# Air Freight

> 航空オーダー、AWB/MAWB、チャージ、監視、請求、ジョブ締めを管理します。

## 目的

航空輸出入オーダー、Shipping Instruction、AWB、MAWB/Consolidation、Cargo Calculation、Milestone、Charge、Billing、財務完了を管理します。

## 前提条件

* 正しい Office/Branch の Air Freight 権限がある。
* Customer、Shipper、Consignee、Airline、Agent、Airport、Currency、Rate、Charge、Package、Commodity が利用できる。
* Booking/Cargo Instruction と Chargeable Weight Rule を確認済みである。
* Dangerous/Regulated Cargo は有資格者の Review を受けている。

## ワークフロー

1. Air Freight Order を作成します。
2. Cargo と Chargeable Weight を確認します。
3. Shipping Instruction を作成します。
4. AWB を作成・Review・確定します。AWB は Transaction Approval を使用しません。
5. 必要に応じて MAWB/Consolidation を Link します。
6. Buying/Selling Charge を記録します。
7. Movement と Delivery を監視します。
8. 財務書類、Ready to Close、Job Closing を完了します。

## 手順

  <Step title="Order を作成">**Airfreight > Order > New** で Customer/Party、Service、Cargo、Airport、Schedule、Airline/Agent、Booking Reference、担当者を入力します。</Step>
  <Step title="Cargo Calculation を確認">Package、Gross Weight、Dimension、Volume、Chargeable Weight、Commodity、Declared Value、Handling を確認します。</Step>
  <Step title="Shipping Instruction を作成">Party、Routing、Cargo、Handling、Required Document を確認します。</Step>
  <Step title="AWB を作成">AWB Number、Carrier/Routing、Flight、Cargo、Charge Basis、Declared Value、Prepaid/Collect、Handling を入力します。</Step>
  <Step title="MAWB を Link">House Shipment を正しい Master に関連付け、Package/Weight/Route を照合します。</Step>
  <Step title="Charge を記録">Airline、Terminal、Handling、Security、Trucking、Documentation、Buying/Selling Charge を記録します。</Step>
  <Step title="Milestone を更新">Booking、Cargo Receipt、Departure、Arrival、Customs、Delivery、Exception、POD を更新します。</Step>
  <Step title="財務処理を完了">Bill/Invoice/Voucher、Payment/Receipt Allocation、Profitability、Job Closing を処理します。</Step>

推奨：Order、Cargo Weight/Dimension、AWB、MAWB、Charge、Monitoring、Closing Status。

## 結果

正しい Cargo Calculation、Review 済み AWB/MAWB、完了 Milestone/Charge、Posted 財務書類、照合済み Closing を持つジョブになります。

## 承認

AWB は Transaction Approval Engine を使用しません。運用 Review で AWB Number、Airline、Route、Party、Package、Gross/Chargeable Weight、Description、Declared Value、Charge、Currency、Special Handling を確認します。財務承認は別フローです。

## 会計への影響

Order と Draft AWB は通常直接 Ledger に影響しません。Posted Bill、Invoice、Payment、Receipt、Settlement、Closing Journal が AP、AR、Revenue、Expense、Cash/Bank、Tax、Job Profitability に影響します。

## よくあるエラー

| エラー                      | 対応                                 |
| ------------------------ | ---------------------------------- |
| Chargeable Weight 誤り     | Dimension と Conversion Rule を再計算   |
| AWB/MAWB 不一致             | 確定前に Carrier/Master Document を確認   |
| Airport Routing 誤り       | Final Document と Milestone 前に修正    |
| House と MAWB の誤 Link     | 正式に Unlink/Relink し Total を照合      |
| Airline/Handling Cost 不足 | Actual Cost を記録し Profitability を確認 |
| Special Handling 不足      | 処理を停止し有資格者 Review を取得              |
