# トラブルシューティング

> JADE-ELS のアクセス、入力、Posting、Allocation、Report の問題を解決します。

次の確認から開始してください。Approval を回避したり、他人のアカウントを使ったり、エラーを消すために Posted History を変更したりしないでください。

| 症状            | 確認事項                                                               |
| ------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| メニューがない       | Role、Office/Branch Scope、Module Activation、アクセス変更後の再ログイン           |
| New/Save が無効  | Permission、Status、Locked Period、Required Source、Validation Message |
| Dropdown 値がない | Master Record、Active、Effective Date、Office/Company Scope           |
| 書類を Link できない | Party、Job、Branch、Currency、Status、Open Balance                      |
| 合計が不正         | Quantity、Unit、Rate、Currency、Exchange Rate、Tax、Allocation、Rounding  |
| 他ユーザーの更新がない   | Refresh、Reopen、相手の Save/Post 完了                                    |
| Report が空     | Period/Date、Office、Service、Status、Currency、Parameter、Posted Source |
| Posting 失敗    | Mapping、Open Period、Balanced Lines、Approval、Source State           |

  <Step title="メッセージ全文を読む">Validation または Error Text を正確に記録します。</Step>
  <Step title="コンテキストを確認">Menu、Office、Period、Job、Status、Source を確認します。</Step>
  <Step title="一度 Refresh">Reload と Reopen を行います。同じアクションを繰り返し実行しないでください。</Step>
  <Step title="有効な例と比較">許可された類似レコードで不足項目やステータスを確認します。</Step>
  <Step title="証拠と共にエスカレーション">参照番号、日時、手順、期待結果、メッセージ、安全な Screenshot を送ります。</Step>

<Warning>Journal、Payment、Receipt、Allocation が既に作成されていないか確認せず、財務 Posting を繰り返さないでください。</Warning>
