Jadenet brings all of your logistics operations into one cloud-based platform. Rather than managing shipments in one system, costs in another, and accounting in a third, Jadenet connects these functions so data flows between them automatically. This overview explains how the platform is structured, what each module does, and how your team can use it day to day.

How the platform works

At its core, Jadenet is built around shipment orders. Every workflow — whether you are booking a vessel, filing an airway bill, or recording a carrier payment — starts from or connects back to a shipment record. This keeps your operational and financial data in sync without manual reconciliation.
Jadenet is hosted entirely in the cloud. You do not need to install or maintain any on-premise software. All you need is an internet connection and a supported browser.
When you create a shipment order in any freight module, Jadenet generates the associated cost records, links them to the relevant vouchers, and makes them available to your accounting team in real time. Every user on your team sees the same data — there are no version conflicts or export/import delays.

The module ecosystem

Jadenet is organised into six modules. The freight modules handle the operational side of your business; the finance modules handle the financial side. They are designed to work together, but each can also be used independently depending on your workflow.

Freight modules

Sea Freight

Manage full container load (FCL) and less-than-container load (LCL) shipments. Create booking orders, track vessel schedules, generate bills of lading, and manage port-to-port or door-to-door services.

Air Freight

Handle air cargo shipments from booking through to delivery. Issue airway bills, coordinate with airlines and ground handlers, and track consignments at each stage of transit.

Land Freight

Coordinate domestic and cross-border road and rail transport. Assign carriers, manage delivery orders, and track land-side movements linked to your sea or air shipments.

Finance modules

Voucher Management

Create, approve, and track financial vouchers tied to specific shipments or transactions. Vouchers feed directly into your accounting records.

Cash and Bank

Record cash receipts and payments, manage petty cash, and reconcile bank statements against your ledger. All entries are linked to the relevant shipment or voucher.

Accounting

Full double-entry accounting with a chart of accounts tailored for logistics businesses. Generate profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and freight-specific financial reports.

How modules connect

The modules share a unified data layer. Here is how information flows between them in a typical shipment lifecycle:
  1. A shipment order is created in Sea Freight, Air Freight, or Land Freight.
  2. Costs and charges are recorded against that shipment — port charges, carrier fees, customs costs, and so on.
  3. Voucher Management captures these costs as financial vouchers, linked to the shipment record.
  4. Cash and Bank records the actual payments made or received against those vouchers.
  5. Accounting consolidates everything into your ledger, ready for reporting.
Because each step is linked by a shared shipment reference, you can trace any accounting entry back to the originating shipment order — and vice versa. This makes audits and cost reviews significantly faster.

Cloud architecture benefits

Jadenet runs on a cloud infrastructure built to meet enterprise security requirements. Here is what that means for your day-to-day operations.

24/7 availability

Access the platform from your office, at home, or on the road. Jadenet is available around the clock from any device with a browser.

Enterprise IT security

Your data is protected by the highest standard of IT security controls, including encrypted data in transit and at rest.

No infrastructure to maintain

There is no hardware to provision, no software to update, and no backups to manage. Jadenet handles all of that for you.

Multi-location access

Teams across different offices — whether in Cikarang, Bali, or elsewhere — all work from the same live data.

How different roles use the platform

Different members of your team will interact with Jadenet in different ways. The platform is designed so that each role sees and does what is relevant to their function, without needing to navigate areas that are not part of their work.
Operations staff use the freight modules to create and manage shipment orders, assign carriers, generate shipping documents, and update shipment status as cargo moves through the supply chain. They work primarily in Sea Freight, Air Freight, and Land Freight.
Finance staff use Voucher Management, Cash and Bank, and Accounting to record costs, process payments, reconcile accounts, and produce financial reports. They can view shipment-level cost breakdowns directly from the accounting module without needing to navigate the freight modules.
Managers use Jadenet to monitor active shipments, review cost performance, and identify bottlenecks. The shared data model means managers can see both the operational and financial status of any shipment at a glance.
Administrators configure user accounts, set module permissions, define the chart of accounts, and manage master data such as carrier lists and port codes. Initial configuration is typically completed during onboarding with support from the Jadenet team.
Jadenet’s team brings over 20 years of experience in logistics software implementation. During onboarding, they work with you to configure the platform to match your existing workflows rather than asking you to change your processes to fit the software.
