Tujuan

Membuat Land Freight Order, menetapkan route/vehicle/driver, mengelola dispatch dan POD, mencatat charge/cost, dan menutup job setelah operasional dan finance selesai.

Prasyarat

  • Customer/vendor, route, truck type, vehicle/driver, charge, currency/rate, dan tax tersedia.
  • Quotation/rate atau approval komersial tersedia.
  • Vehicle/driver/resource memenuhi prosedur internal.
  • Expense/billing/accounting setup tersedia.

Alur Kerja

  1. Buat Land Freight Order dari customer request/quotation.
  2. Isi pickup/delivery, route, cargo, vehicle, driver, schedule, dan charge.
  3. Dispatch dan update operational milestone.
  4. Capture POD/delivery evidence dan exception.
  5. Record actual cost/workshop/fuel/expense bila berlaku.
  6. Process Bill/Invoice dan cash/bank.
  7. Review open charge, cost, billing, dan profitability lalu close job.

Buat order

Pilih customer, service, branch, route, pickup/delivery, cargo, date, dan reference.

Assign resource

Pilih truck type, vehicle, driver, vendor/subcontractor, dan schedule.

Isi charge

Tambahkan selling/buying charge, currency/rate, tax, dan estimated cost.
4

Dispatch

Konfirmasi readiness lalu update departure/arrival/status.
5

Selesaikan delivery

Capture POD, receiver, delivery time, discrepancy, dan attachment.

Catat actual cost

Record fuel, toll, vendor, workshop/maintenance, atau expense sesuai source.
7

Selesaikan finance

Process Bill, Invoice, Payment/Receipt, dan settlement terkait.
8

Close job

Pastikan billing/cost lengkap dan profitability direview.
