目的
陸送オーダー、Truck/Driver Assignment、Trip Execution、Delivery Evidence、Charge、Billing、Job Completion を管理します。前提条件
- 正しい Office/Branch の Land Freight 権限がある。
- Customer、Route、Truck Type、Vehicle、Driver、Warehouse、Issue Type、Charge、Currency、Rate が利用できる。
- Vehicle、Driver、Permit、Safety、Pickup/Delivery Instruction、Pricing を確認済みである。
ワークフロー
実装済みTripStatus に従います。
- Planning — Order と Trip を作成。
- Assigned — Truck、Driver、Route、Cargo、Schedule を割り当て。
- Dispatched — 配車を開始。
- InTransit — 移動状況を更新。
- Delivered — 物理的な配達を記録。
- POD Received — Proof of Delivery を受領。
- Send Invoice、次に Collect Payment。
- Job Closed — 運用・財務完了。
手順

Order と Trip を作成
Customer、Pickup/Delivery、Cargo、Route、Schedule、Service、Pricing を入力します。

リソースを割り当て
Truck、Driver、Route、Container/Cargo、Date を選択し、Vehicle Status と Permit を確認します。

Dispatch
実際の動きに合わせ Assigned、Dispatched、InTransit を更新します。

Delivery を記録
Actual Delivery と必要な証憑を入力し Delivered にします。

POD を受領
POD/BASP を確認し POD Received にします。

Billing と Collection
Charge、Invoice、Receipt/Allocation を処理し状態を更新します。
7
Closing
すべての運用・財務作業が完了した場合のみ Job Closed にします。

結果
正しい Truck/Driver/Route、実態に合う Status、POD、完了した Billing/Collection を持つ Closed Job になります。承認
TripDetail の状態遷移は運用ステータスであり、Generic Transaction Approval を使用しません。関連する Quotation、Advance Voucher、Work Order、Purchase Request/Order、Bill、Invoice、Payment Voucher は別途承認される場合があります。
